  • THE
    DARK: GATEWAY TO THE LIGHT

    “You cannot know who You are
    until You encounter who You are not.” –Neale Donald Walsh Conversations with God I

    Surely one who is immersed in the Light
    does not know darkness. Wrong.  To truly experience the full freedom
    and exhilaration of knowing the Light, You must face Darkness and choose
    Light.

    To sequester Yourself  in a cloister of Light and make no choices
    is of course defining but limited, similar to the butterfly in the cocoon. The
    protective space/ environment blocks out, minimizes and when possible
    eliminates contaminants to Your way of thinking: not just evil but often people who do not think like You, look like You, act like You, believe like You.  By facing this diversity you are offered the opportunity to let go of the judgment  and in the absence of judgment love flows easily from the heart.

    To face what you perceive as dark , loosens the hold of fear that binds You in Your chrysalis of “right” thinking.  It presents You with new choices and a chance to choose Light, Love.  It 
    is Life changing a transformation. To choose to love those you have condemned to the dark will set You free.  It  is analogous to a butterfly breaking the chrysalis to fly
    free.

    With each choice for Light it becomes
    easier and easier to know truth and reach Your highest level even though
    surrounded by the Dark.  Facing the dark has enabled me to live in the world and yet choose peace, love, happiness.     That is freedom.

    Encountering what You are not and
    embracing what You are, who You choose to be, without care for the judgment of
    others, is liberating. It throws down the walls and opens You up to see
    beauty and Light in unexpected places. It frees one from the need to judge. It
    opens the door to be all You choose to be. To embrace all without fear.

    So what is Dark. Anything that is not
    loving, supportive and kind to YOU and/or others under the circumstance in
    which You find Yourself. Anything that is not love by Your definition of
    love.  You may find such behavior anywhere even in church.  Trust
    Your instincts.

    May You face Your demons without
    needing them to be universally viewed as demons.  I have lived my life fully and have “sinned” by the standards of many.  But to me “sin” is not failing to meet some artificial standard but failing to live and experience life.

    Only You can define what is dark for
    You; embarking on the journey without fear shines a flash light into corners
    You might normally have walked by, which means growth for You.

    Be brave and live without worry of what others will think.  Resist judging You as anything other than a beautiful soul who has chosen life experiences to relish.  

    Break free from the confines of other’s judgments and fly free.

    In so doing You will experience a transformation and see the beauty You offer the world.

  • EFFORTLESS LOVE

    For the last several days I have had so many thoughts I wanted to share and yet each time I sit down I just want to type: GOD/DESS, YAHWEH, ALLAH, THE GREAT SPIRIT, THE BE ALL AND END ALL loves YOU.  So for today I will stick with that simple message, a reminder from ALL THAT IS of Your value. 

    It feels redundant for me to keep writing these words as though I am a broken vinyl record skipping in the same spot, but the thing is so many people skip this spot totally.  So I guess if I need to be stuck; this is a better place than most people ever find themselves.

    Lately I have been inviting Goddess, the Divine One, into everything I do.  Sometimes I forget and those moments pass in a different style.  I can’t imagine being without the knowledge of what it feels like to have Allah join me for as often as I invite her into my life. 

    Yesterday on my way home I tried to capture that feeling of knowing I am loved in the effortless way that water does as it flows from its source to its destination.  Here are some pictures of my California–not palm trees, mansions and swimming pools but the quiet unadorned beauty of farm country fed by sweet clean water:
     

     
     
     

    May You come to know the joy of believing You are loved unconditionally, there’s nothing You have to do and nothing You’ve done blocks You from being loved.

  • MIRACLES

    So much happened in six short days, more than I could tell in a life time.  Perhaps most telling was the regular stream of images tripping across my conscious thinking at many levels, images of a future I have resisted  to this point but no more.  Images of me talking to people around the world about their value to God, the Great Spirit, the Divine One, whatever name works, your value Right NOW exactly the way You are.  There is no need for You to do anything except believe You are enough just as You are. 


    For many, perhaps most, that is no small task.  They make journals of wants, they read books piled on top of books and yet they still feel empty disconnected from that spark of the One inside of them.  Then they blame that sense on themselves–they haven’t read enough books or the right book, said enough affirmations, written enough journal entries.  Not so–they simply have not re-cognized they are enough without doing anything no matter what they have done or will do they are loved. 

    You are the perfect tool to enable love to become the way, if You can learn to love Yourself.

    I want to touch each of You and tell You how valuable You are–Yep You. 

    I want to wrap my arms around You and tell You that You are loved.

    I want to remind You that You can make a difference if You try.

    I want to inspire You to see that spark of the One in all and soften Your eyes to the world.

    This was a miraculous trip for me in many personal ways, but most of all it helped me see how much each of You need to be reminded there is nothing You need to do except be still and believe You are enough.

    I’m going home.  Well it feels like home to my soul.  No computers for the next 6 days just SANTA FE and my friends there.

  • FEAR:
    THE GRAND DELUSION


    Everything
    is just as it should be. But, how can that be so– everything is not perfect. Surely
    there is much to improve on, including each of us.  NO!! EVERYTHING is ok just the way it is,  because life is not about
    perfection but  about     making choices.

    Every
    soul came to earth to experience the opportunity to choose between behavior
    choices-  to define who each of us is now in this moment. Moreover, this is a totally risk free journey-
    there is no hell; there is no anti-christ waiting to tempt us.

    Basically You
    make choices that define who You are, but no matter what You decide, no
    matter what You do–follow the high road or follow the low road- You are a part
    of the Divine ONE*.  So You  will return to the LIGHT* or maybe better said rejoin that from which you come.

    Let’s
    just think in human terms and certainly God*, which is all of us and more, is
    grander than man- Would You put Your precious albeit rebellious child in the
    time out room forever? Of course not- the child is of Your body.

    Fear
    of rejection by God arises from the conditions man has placed on God’s love and
    implies You must do certain things in order to re-join God. Hogwash!

    God
    loving us conditionally finds its genesis in the delusion that we are somehow
    separate from God. That is the grand delusion. As long as that delusion exists
    in Your life You separate Yourself from the peace and support God can provide.
    [Breathe deeply three times and You will feel the peace of God.]

    The
    delusion of separateness carries with it a compulsion to evaluate yourself as
    not enough. But when You accept that You are God’s child, that God’s genetic
    structure rests within You, then Your choices matter and are important to
    the whole scheme of things. If Your choices are important, then You are
    important.

    Don’t
    get caught up in those who would ask You to ignore the miracles around You: a
    Sunrise, a snowflake, a lover’s smile, a new born baby….

    It
    is true, You get to make whatever choices You choose but this is not IT. IT is
    when You re-join the ONE- How will You define Yourself? Will You have lived a
    life of respect for all? No matter, Your loving Parent will embrace You.

    YES EVERYTHING IS
    JUST THE WAY IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE NOW.

  • Trust YOU are Who You ARE Supposed To BE


    No small thing, but huge rewards. 

    Trust You were born at the precise time;  You were born into the precise body; in order for You to experience life in love grounded in the life experiences You have lived.

    In those three sentences are the answers to why me, why now  . . . All of the why questions.  There is nothing more You need to do and everything more You do is just right to provide You and others the life experiences Your souls seek–the ALL seeks to experience. 

    Those three sentences explain that immutable quote,  “I AM THAT I AM.”  The unique spark of God, known by many names, that exists in You, in each of us, provides opportunities for All That Is to come face-to-face with all that is not.  In those experiences when we reach out to our highest selves we unite, even if only for a second, with God and for that second feel–re-member God in the joy of the moment that flushes us.  Every second can be an altar call, if You allow it to be by reaching out in love treating others in the manner in which You would like to be treated if You were them.

    Sometimes my message seems redundant, but frankly the whys are not hard to answer.  We humans just refuse to believe this is the answer:  “Do Unto others as you would have them do unto You.”

    Be at peace my friends, content You are OK–exactly who You are supposed to be.

  • LETTING
    GO OF CARING WHAT OTHERS THINK

    There are times when all of us preen for attention, approval.  Your handling of what You do when others fail to know what You’ve done or the purity of Your motives presents a challenge.  Letting others see things their way without losing some of you– to not
    care;  to see the beauty of “whatever;”  to accept You did Your personal best in that moment, at that time, no matter what others
    see or hear or do is the challenge.

    What we see
    depends mainly on what we look for.

    Ahh–so what others see and how they react is based not just on what You did, but on what they are willing to recognize You did–what they allow themselves to see.  The same is true for you.


    So, allow others their moments of blindness and do not take criticism or harsh words to heart.  Then you will begin an important life lesson–not making the actions of everyone around You personally about You–simply said not taking things personally.  By so doing You refuse  to look for hidden meanings connected to You that may be missing and even if they are there, You will not sacrifice Your peace by seeing them


    When people speak
    badly of you, you should respond in this way: Keep a steady heart and don’t
    reply with harsh words. Practice letting go of resentment and accepting that
    the other’s hostility is the spur to your understanding. Be kind, adopt a
    generous standpoint, treat your enemy as a friend, and suffuse all your world
    with affectionate thoughts, far-reaching and widespread, limitless and free
    from hate. In this state you should try to remain.

    If You keep
    thinking “That man has abused me,” holding it as a much cherished
    grievance, Your anger will never be allayed. If You can put down that fury
    inducing thought, You anger will lessen. Fury will never end fury, it will
    richochet on and on. Only putting it down will end such an abysmal state.
